Return Policy
We offer completely free replacements in case of misprint.
In any case only replacement is applicable and not Refund.
Accuracy of the color of the product must be checked and confirmed on different devices before ordering as different devices may show slight difference in color based on its display settings. No returns or replacement is offered in such cases.
You just have to email us on support@picastle.in with minimum 3 different pictures and a video showing the exact defect with the product within 12 hours of the delivery and once approved resend the product to us within 15 days of delivery and we will have your replacement product shipped once the defective product is received and examined.
The customer is liable to self-ship the product. Shipping charges are not refundable.
The product must be in unused condition with all tags on it the way it was received.
